I have a different recipe…will try yours…i’ll write mine here in case you wish to try it
1 cup milk pdr
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
MIX, and make balls…add milk if crumbly.
syrup: 1 cup sugar, 3 cups water, saffron, 2-3 cardamoms (whole). Boil, simmer.
The rest is the same. Fry balls, add to syrup, enjoy.
