Pina Colada Lassi | Yogurt Smoothie

There are so many Pina Colada fans out there but sometimes you want to have a refreshing non-alcoholic (virgin) Pina Colada that will cool you down in the heat of summer. How about trying Pina Colada in a Lassi sort of way? The addition of healthy homemade or store bought yogurt (plain or Greek) adds a nice tangy and creamy twist.

Ingredients: (all ingredients to taste)

Yogurt (Dahi)
Pineapple pieces (fresh or canned)
Pineapple Juice (if using canned pineapple)
Sugar
Coconut Milk
Ice

Method:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

    I love pinacolada and this lassi looks great!..would appreciate if you can reply me with the quantity of pineapple, coconut milk and yogurt you used for this recipe, Although you mentioned in the video the quantity of each ingredient depends on personal choice but I want the right amount of everything to have the perfect flavor so that I can enjoy my drink ?

      Honestly, there is really no measurements and it’s all up to personal taste and preferences.
      There are so many variables that it’s hard to give measurements. We’d suggest you make it a couple of times and you’ll be able to fix what needs to be and reach a very happy place soon enough ?

    1. Hi Kamini,
      Coconut Milk is the liquid that is squeezed out of the flesh of the coconut whereas, Shredded coconut is the actual coconut. Unfortunately, in this recipe they are not interchangeable.
      One of the main flavors is Coconut, so I really think you will need coconut milk for the recipe.
