Hi Anuja and Hetal,
I tried this reciepe, first time it came out well. When i tried for the second time its hard and dry. The only difference is, used nestle curd second time whereas earlier used homemade curd. Plz help me out in this.

I should say that you guys are doing a great show.
I have tried couple of recipe of show me the curry and both came absolutely well.Now I get comments like “wow your cooking is so professional”.Thanks.
My doubt in this recipe is in India we don’t get Eno fruit salt so let me know the alter for that. Can I try cooking soda powder instead?
