Hi Hetal and Anuja….I have become an ardent fan in a matter of days…I tried the Egg Keema and boy was it good !!! I was so apprehensive about the Tawa Gobhi but it was one of those days when the only veggie that I had at home was cauliflower (and in retrospect am I glad) The Tawa gobhi was absolutely fabulous and I would tell any one who doubts this recipe, please give it a shot before dismissing it. Please don’t ever give up cooking or sharing the recipes with us !!!

Hi Hetal & Anuja,
I got a doubt in this receipe… can we toast the gobi in bread toaster or in oven till they get roasted?

Hi Abarna,
You could bake these in the oven but the taste and texture is a little different when cooked on a tawa because it is pressed down and caramelized.

Hi, I’ve just stumbled upon your website when looking for a good flat pan – can you give me any details about the skillet pan and utensil you’re using? It looks like a non stick surface in the pan, but also looks like a metal utensil, so I’m sure I must be mistaken in at least one case! Looking forward to cooking this, in any case…
Thanks

Hi Nick,
Our griddle style pan is non-stick and our spatula is a hard plastic one. They both are pretty old so we don’t remember where we purchased them but the griddle should be available at most department stores like Macy’s, Kohl’s, etc.
