Wow, i am so impressed w/this new recipe, the silken tofu paratha…can’t wait to make it soon!!
By the way, i have tried, several times to make Pallak Paneer, but have always ended up having the dish taste very bitter…i usually use the same amount of spices/ingredients, but somehow, cannot get the Pallak Paneer to taste decent.Any tips? Thanks Anuja & Hetal, you guys rock!!Love, love, danijela (your #1 fan!!!)

Hi Danijela,
Thanks so much for the support!
Palak (spinach) is usually not bitter so we’re surprised about that. Are you using fresh spinach or the frozen kind? There is a dish called saag paneer, which uses mustard leaves – this sometimes is a little bitter.
