Hi Hetal & Anuja,
Nice recipe. Looks really delicious. The cracked wheat that you used, is it same as the ‘samba wheat rava’. If yes then Im lucky as i am getting some of them from India soon. Else, ill hunt for cracked wheat in the indian store.
Hey and you forgot to add the cardamom pwdr. Hope you added before you ate the dessert.

There is payasam cracked wheat and that is the one you have to use and not the one we use for upma.
