Hello Hetal and Anuja,
I see you evryday , I am trying to learn to cook some of your lovely dishes. Let me tell you that You explain everything so nice and clear that I want to try one dish everday. I am from Spain and we also cook with plenty of vegetables and fresh ingredients as you do. I really enjoy the way you cook, you make any dish so easy. My results are not always as nice as yours but I am still so happy to have found you.I love spices too, and I hope to learn many more things with you. Thanks a lot

Hi,
Do you have to soak the Urad Daal before adding it to the temper?
Thanks so much for the great cooking videos!
