A great way to get vegetables and protein into one dish. My kids love it because it can be ‘mild’ yet flavorful but if your tastes are anything like mine and you like it hot and spicy….just double the amount of Garam Masala, Red Chili Powder and Curry Powder listed below….come on, be brave and give it a shot!!!

Thanks for all the recipes, I love indian food and the videos make the process of learning how to prepare them so easy…
we are vegetarians, so I prepared this specific dish substituting the chicken with diced potatoes, some mushrooms and tofu… It was delicious!

Thanks and excellent substitutes to Chicken.Another good one is Paneer(available at any Indian Grocery store).
