Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken
1/2 Kg Onions
5 small tomatoes
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp ghee
For garam Masala :
5-6 cloves,
3-4(small) pieces of Cinnamon,
2-3 elaichi,
nutmeg small piece,
1 tsp Coriander seeds,
1tsp Poppy seeds,
7-8 peppercorns,
1/2 spoon Caraway seeds (Shahijeera or Black Cumin),
1/4 spoon Fennel seeds,
3-4 Red chillies
4 Almonds
Khismis (raisins 7-8
2 spoons Chilli powder
1/2 spoon Turmeric powder
Salt to Taste
Ginger garlic paste
1 spoon Garam masala (ready made)
Method :
Heat some oil in a pan add Cloves n Cinnamon , add some chopped onions till brown. To that add gingergarlic paste
n chopped tomatoes, haldi,chilli powder,salt n garam masala( readymade) n cook it.Add very little water to it as it cooks.
In another skillet add some oil n add one onion (cut vertical) n add one by one all the ingredients of garam masala
as mentioned above.In the end add Khismis n almonds . Mix all the above and grind it. Add the ground mixture to the chicken . Heat some ghee in a pan n add marinated chicken. Stir it every 10 minutes till the chicken gets cooked.
Garnish with Cilantro/ Coriander leaves at the time of serving.

I couldn’t figure out what happened to the 1st set of masala with the chopped onions,tomatoes etc. It wasn’t mentioned with the chicken cooking with the the 2nd set of masalas(garam masala)
