This is a great yogurt dish, very soothing and cooling….especially for the times when you are finding your meal too spicy and you need something to counter it!!!!

can u please put up a receipe for lamb-spinach (palak ghost)?
and/or any type of lamb

We have a recipe ‘Chicken with Spinach’ which is very similar to ‘Lamb with Spinach’. The only thing different would be that lamb(mutton,beef or pork)is tougher and takes longer to cook so if possible use a pressure cooker to save time. Once the meat is cooked add in the spinach and cook according to the recipe.
