  1. Hi Hetal and Anuja!

I live in NJ, am a mom of two young children 22 months and 7 years old. My mother unfortunately passed away and was very sick during my major “cooking” years after marriage and having a family, and I have learned to cook indian food from you both!!

I can’t thank you enough for the time you have put in on your videos. They have been so instrumental in my family’s health and happiness!

    With love,
    Rani

  6. Welcome Back Team. My wife and I went to India in mid-August. We were in Kolkata, then took a train to Darjeeling where we visited numerous tea plantations. From there we visited Bhutan. What a wonderful part of the world! Brought back lots of tea and spices, enough to last for years! I love your unification and wish you best of luck. Thank you for your lovely recipes.

And so good to hear about your trip to India. And hold on tight, we have a feeling you will be able use that wonderful tea that you brought in our next recipe ?

      Happy Cooking!
