Hopefully this time i will get my reply soon.so i have the same question for you that from you guys buy all ur kitchen stuff? And ya i have one more request for you that can you show me how to make egg plant subji like gujrati made with some times patato, with green toovar dana and alll….i will wait for the reply.thank you so much.

    1. Hi Mike,
We’re so sorry we missed your question in the past. We bought the green pan from TJ Maxx but unfortunately, it doesn’t have a brand on it. Similar “Green Pans” are available online. We don’t have a particular place where we buy all of our kitchen stuff from…it is just a collection from many years of cooking and entertaining.

      1. Hey Hetal,Thank you so much for the reply.so,can you tell me the website for that pan? And I also want to know from where did you buy all your grindars? I know one Indian family here and they cook very good food and i also love indian food so i like to try Idali Dosa ,I have everything and i have recipe from your channel but i dont have nice grindar to grind this hard lentils,so tell me the brand name and the website to buy that nice grinder.Thank you so much Hetal Anuja.Love you ladies.

        1. Hi Mike

I am in Canada and use the North American (cuisinart 750 watt motor) but any grinder which has higher watt motor (600 watt or more) can work as well.

But try to grind dal first and start water pouring little at a time and then rice. Tip : always remain some part of dal in the grinder cup which is paste before you grind rice.

If you want to buy Indian mixer than try Amazon or any big Indian grocerry or utensil store. I know amazon sale diff types of brands but Preethi Platinum is the best. As they come in converted vaultage for North America.
