Can u please tel me what is the tandoori masala u used? I find paste in the store, never saw a dried version. The paste doesnt taste good at all and has a very strong smell.

We use Raja Tandoori Masala, it is the best one we have found in the market. We have also used Shaan at times but did have to doctorate it a bit and adjust it to our taste. These are both powders.
