For all the pure vegetarians and vegans out there (and people trying to save a few calories or egg or those with egg allergies), this one’s for you! Try this wonderful egg substitute tip the next time you bake or need an egg in a recipe. Of course, you won’t be able to make an omelet, but the possibilities are far and wide.

I like this tip. I could have used it 2 weeks ago I ended up substituting soy yogurt for the eggs.
Also I want to ask for a demonstration on how to use the Premier Kitchen machine for wet and dry grinding. I’m interested in purchasing one but would like to see how it’s used first. Maybe put it on your list?
Your website is so well put together and your both naturals at teaching…when can we expect a tv show or a book?
Great Tip. Thanks ! Wanted to know where do u get flaxseed powder? Do u get it in Indian grocery stores? If yes what’s the equivalent Indian name for that??
Thank you for your quick response. BTW I made Rasmalai & Peda for Diwali this year. It came out just perfect. Thanks for sharing the recipe with video demo too. Wish you both a very Happy Diwali !!!!

My question is regarding boiled eggs. Boiled eggs smell really bad if eaten few hours later, is there a way we can prevent the horrible smell?
Thank you in advance.

Hi Jayashree,
You can find flaxseed (whole or powdered) at most health food stores such as Whole Foods, Sprouts, Central Market, etc.
