I love this recipe. For those concerned about the fat from whipping cream and paneer, I substituted extra firm tofu for the paneer and soy milk for the whipping cream. DELICIOUS and less fat!

Hi Marnie,
Soaking the paneer in water (doesn’t have to be cold), softens it up and removes the excess oil from it.
