Hi ,
I tried this salad and since then it has been a regular stuff in our meals. The nutritional value along with its taste, colour and cruch is par-excellence
This is my husband’s all time favourite who is always trying to cut down on his calories intake.
Before seeing it in your video, I never thought that spinach leaves can be eaten raw and could really taste good too. To add to its Taste and crunch I mix in peeled and cubed Apples too or sometimes Strawberry halves. This salad is so versatile that it tastes good with any ingredients or variation.
I just add my choice of masalas like roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, mint powder, some sesame seeds etc. Believe me its just perfect anyhow you make it.
Thanks and love you both for adding a huge pinch of nutrition and happiness in my life.
