For a cool refreshing drink during hot summer time, here is a modified lemon drink.
In a large glass add the following:
a) Juice of 1 Lemon
b) Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar
c) Add 1/2 teaspoon Salt
d) Add 1/2 teaspoon Jal Jeera mix (available in any indian store)
e) Add 2-3 ice cubes or some crushed ice.
f) Top with water
You can do the same with buttermilk, but add a pinch of asafoetida.
Note: Sugar and salt can be adjusted according to taste.
