For the holidays and for parties, we always need recipes that can be made ahead and kept aside. Make this Pizza Dip ahead of time and bake it right before you are ready to serve it. Mexican cuisine is always a favorite for the Indian palate as it has so many similar flavors – cumin, coriander, garlic, chili, etc. Try this easy Bean and Cheese Enchiladas recipe made with corn tortillas and a homemade enchilada sauce. Combine the enchiladas with some guacamole, chips and salsa and Spanish rice and you have a complete meal. (more…)
