Hi, I reside in India and a lot of material that you use is not available here….like evaporated milk, the egg paratha that you used in the egg roll etc.More over i have a microwave but not a oven so could not bake the chicken biriyani. if you tell me some alternatives, I can cook your recipes and give my family a happy smile.
