- 1 cup of Badam/Almonds (soak in hot water for 5 mins. then peel the skin).
- Add green chilli as per taste, Ginger a small piece, small onion(sambar onion/shallots) one or two, salt to taste.
- Grind them to paste.This will be good for idly, dosa and chapathi side dish.
- For variations each time you can add mint, curry leaves or cilantro (indian one).

Dear Ahuja,thanks.I want the chutny to be named as charu’s badam chutny.I don’t want anybody to publish it before my approval.Yes you can show the demonstration.Make a fine paste. Please feed back the result to me.I am going to give you some more of my own original ones.
