Malai Kofta is a well recognized Indian curry dish which is traditionally very rich. Try this recipe for a healthier version that you can enjoy at home without all the guilt. The koftas (dumplings) are baked, not fried. It is still very flavorful and very delicious!

Soups do not have to be limited to winter-time. Daal Soup can be enjoyed anytime of the year. It is so hearty and filling, that we really do not need anything else with it. But if you are one that has to have bread, rice or chapatis…go ahead and do just that! You will love it either way you have it. (more…)

So if you are a ’soup-fan’, enjoy this recipe as a soup but if for you ’soup is just not enough’…serve this with some rice and you have yourself a whole meal. Daal soup is a great and healthy alternative for fussy kids and babies. Don’t let the opportunity go – sneek in the veggies whenever possible. (more…)
