wow what a co-incidence, i make the moong daal exactly the same way and i call it Moong bean soup, as i add a little extra water. see great minds work the same way.

hi,
i too love this daal.. i also add 1-2 crushed cloves (lavang) in the tadka and it gives great flavor to this daal…
