Unfortunately, we don’t think there is a good substitute for eggs in this recipe. The eggs are what caused the entire casserole to firm up and become “cut-able”. Sorry!
If anyone else has any ideas, we’d love to hear them.
Hi,
I tried this recipe and i use normal wheat bread, the wheat bread was very soggy. Also the vegetable looks undercooked. the palak got burn at the bottom , i did 350c for 45 mins.
Sorry It didnt turn out great, i had to throw it.
Sorry it did not turn out well for you. I am not sure if you meant to say 350 degrees Fahrenheit or Celsius, the recipe calls for 350F. French bread might work better because it holds better.
