I was so apprehensive about the Tawa Gobhi but it was one of those days when the only veggie that I had at home was cauliflower (and in retrospect am I glad) The Tawa gobhi was absolutely fabulous and I would tell any one who doubts this recipe, please give it a shot before dismissing it.
