I had these at Prabha's Diwali party and fell in love with them!

I'm so happy that they look so easy to make. I plan on making them for three upcoming parties this weekend.

My question is: will they stay fresh for a few days in the refrigerator, as they await delivery to the various parties I'm attending?

Instant Nonfat Dry Milk (Milk Powder)is what is written on the package and is available at any grocery store in the coffee/creamer aisle. You can buy Carnation brand or any local store brand as well.
