you can freeze curd the night before.And the ice will melt and the curd will be ready to eat by lunchtime in tiffin.

“Ants on a log” celery with peanut butter and raisins on top is a good snack for lunch.

To keep lunch cool freeze a juice box the night before. By lunch time it will be a juice slushy and it will keep the lunch fresh.
