Except I put in everything I could think of in the water-vinegar concoction - cloves, cardamom and cinnamon!  Gave off a lovey Christmassy sort of aroma!  Thanks again for your ideas.</description>

		<description>To eliminate odours in my kitchen I bring a pot of water and vinegar to a boil and let it simmer for about an hour. If the scent is on cutting boards, I soak it with lemon juice,sprinkle alot of baking soda over the top and let sit over night. Wash the next day with a scrubber and hot water.
