Hi Mira,
Our recipe videos do have a written recipe, but unfortunately, the tip videos do not. Sorry.

Hi hetal/Anuja
I have come across the Boiled Egg yolk outer surface becoming dark in color if kept in the refrigerated for couple of days…Is there any ways i can prevent it

Hi Nidhi,
The dark ring on the yolk comes from over boiling the eggs. If you want to prevent the dark green/gray color, you can follow these steps:
1. Place eggs in a pot (single layer)
2. Cover them entirely with water.
3. Bring the water to a rolling boil.
4. Turn off the stove, cover the pot and let the eggs sit for about 15 minutes.
5. Run cold water over the eggs and peel them or store them in the fridge.
