Was just trying this out when I noticed/realized that the proportions are totally off! The video is different from the ‘recipe’. Can you please update the text (recipe) to be more accurate.

The method for making pav bhaji varies for person to person. Some people boil potatoes and add them in later. In our recipe, we used raw potatoes and pressure cooked them with the other veggies.

We try not to add artificial color…its not really healthy.

You can quickly hold them under running water and gently brush off the dirt with your hands. Try not to hold them upside down so that the water will not go into the caps…it will make your mushrooms soggy.
