I live in India and look up for variations in recipes that I already know. I like all your recipe. You guys are doing a wonderful job and I hope you keep growing . Just a small tip. Now squeezing out the methi would definitely rid it of its nutrients . Instead what we can do is use it as such and just at the end , after it is cooked , add a squirt of lemon juice. That would counter the bitterness and also add another layer of taste and flavour. You can try it !!! Tastes yum.......... Keep up the good work .........I enjoy watching you two...... Hello ladies,
