Hi ladies!

I was looking for a light lunch recipe for one on your website today and stumbled onto this recipe. It was so easy to scale it down and it tastes awesome! (writing this as I’m eating it)

I didnt have raw jalapenos, so used deseeded pickled ones and substituted quark for the sour cream.

I tried at least 30 of your recipes.Everything came out very good.(lazy to comment) Recently I tried the fruit cake my husband and I loved it. easy list of ingredients and easy preparation.
