Hi Sony,

Cream cheese may be a little thick to mix in but sour cream or a mixture of softened cream cheese plus sour cream may be a better option. It will not ruin the recipe but the outcome will definitely be different. The original version is more like a fresh salsa.

Can I use bean mix instead of just black beans? And you have said ‘Whole Kernel’ sweet corn ? Where do we buy that? Any brand names?
