I am enjoying cooking these days and am glued to your SMTC almost every day

We have used Tostitos Scoops (corn tortilla chips) to serve them. You really cannot fill them and keep them (it is only for the picture so you get an idea of what kind of chips to use) else they will get soggy. Just keep a bowl of chips nearby.

Very simple and quick one along with being nutricious!

Can you tell me what are these small square tray like things in which you have served the bean mix.

Can the Tacco shells be used to serve them?

Taco seasoning can be bought at any American store, such as Jewel, Dominicks and even smaller food stores should carry it and also Hispanic Grocery stores should definitely have it. If you have stores like Sams or Cosco near you, I recommend you go there. You will get more with less money.
