Hi Amit,

Here is a basic recipe for Flour Tortillas:
Two cups of all-purpose flour (maida)
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
3/4 cups of warm milk

Mix all ingredients (except milk) and add milk slowly to form a sticky dough. Knead the dough in some additional dry flour. Let the dough rest for 20 mins (covered). Divide the dough into small balls and roll out similar to chapati. Cook on a tawa without oil. Vegetable Shortening can be used to make the tortilla a little more rich and soft.
