Hi Judy,

Many recipes are freezable but it just depends which one. If you have any in mind, we'd be happy to let you know if or if not it freezes well.

Hi ladies, thankyou for all your wonderful recipes I really love this one its yum. I am compiling a recipe book that holds all recipes that are easy and yet healthy and filling to eat, because I am a caregiver in a rest home my hours are varied and long and I Don't want too much preparation required. One question I have, is it ok to freeze any of your dish as I would like to make meals as heat and eat?
