The recipe was actually great -- I just used some different veggies because that's what was in my fridge. The one thing I would mention is to NOT put the oil in the pan on high heat... this burns the garlic/ginger. Try low to medium heat at first and once you start adding the onions, increase the heat to med-high.... otherwise, YUM! It would only taste like crap if you don’t know how to cook.
