Hi,
I'm planning to make this for my daughter's birthday but need to carry it to the place where we're having the party. Will the whipped fruit layer melt in the process. What can I do to ensure that it doesn't.

Please let me know asap, as it's in 2 days.

Thanks

Hi Divya,

Sorry for the late response... The cake actually tastes better if it is made in advance so it gives it time to soak in all the flavors. A couple of days should be fine. Store it in a covered container in the fridge. You can serve it cold.

Hi, I am planning to make this for a party soon. How many days in advance can I make this and how do I store this? Is this served cold or at room temperature?

Hi Devi,

Honestly, we do not care for jelly in this cake so have not tried it. I can tell you this...it will be very difficult to spread ready to eat jelly over the cake because you have already covered it with the pudding mixture. If you do it before, the pudding will not absorb.
