We&#039;re so glad you and your daughter are finding SMTC useful.  Samunder Jhag in English is yeast (some form of agent to make dough rise).  Usually, baking soda (soda bicarb) or baking powder is used in making pani puri but I&#039;ve never seen yeast being used.  We are still in our research and development stage for the perfect pani puri recipe so hopefully, you&#039;ll be patient.  Thanks for writing.</description>

Your recipes are great . I am from Pakistan and I saw your recipes on Pakistani sites but I live in U.S.A . Many friends from Pakistan recommend your sites to other friends . My daughter she just got married and she loves your shows . Those kids born and raised in different countries other than  Pakistan and India .They say your recipes are easy to understand and cook . Please give the recipe for petha halwa and pani puri .  There is one lady samina jaleel from Pakistan .She used samander jhag to make pani puri . I do not know the english name of samundari jhag.</description>
