  1. Hello!

Does the addition of sugar and golden raisins give the dish a ‘sweet’ taste? I tend to prefer my main dishes to be savory….

    Thank you!

    Kelly

  2. Hey! If i leave out the paneer how much potato should i add instead? Thanks a lot for the great and healthier recipe 😉

    1. Hi Ripal,
Honestly, we have never tried it but think that it should work. Use the firm tofu and season it well.
Do send us your feedback so we all know 🙂

  3. Hi hetal & anuja,
I have a query. M makin tis for my son’s first bdayparty. N I was wondering how far ahead can I make them.
Is it possible to deep fry the koftas 3-4 days in advance n freeze them? Wud they regain their crispness if I put themin the oven on the day of the party? Is the gravy freezable as well?
Plz reply at ur earliest as my party is in a week.
    Thnx in advance

    Jyotsna

    1. Hi Jyotsna,

Yes, you can deep-fry the koftas and make the gravy ahead and freeze that as well. Pull them out of the freezer the night before, heat the koftas in the oven and boil the gravy at the last minute and serve it hot.
Happy Birthday to your son and wish you all the best 🙂

        1. This recipe is for no-fry koftas. You will need to add additional all-purpose flour or potatoes to bind better to be able to fry.
Hope that it’s not too late…
