  1. This recipe is wonderful. The flavor is deep and delicious, with cool, spicy, sweet and salty all blended together perfectly. The green color is gorgeous.

I have also made it with cucumber (just added about 3/4 cup rough chopped English cucumber) and it was incredible.

  4. Hello I was wondering how can I make Rose Lassi? I had it once before at an Indian restaurant my best friend father owned but I have since lost touch with them. Could you help?

    1. Hi Alexis,

I’ve never had Rose Lassi, but I’m guessing that they must have added Rose Syrup (available in Indian grocery stores) to the yogurt and water (or milk) and blended it with some ice.

  5. hi
    anuja & hetal!!!!!!!

usually i prepare lassi vth yogurt & sugar.

but this lassi is really mouth watering. i will sure try this today.

      1. Hi Tom,

We usually make our own yogurt at home so don’t really know how to classify it. You could use any type of yogurt as you will be blending it anyway. If you use Greek, you probably will have to use less.
