I am thinking of making this drink as a dessert for a big party. Can I make it 1 or 2 days before the party and put it in the refrigerator until served on the party?

Hi Guru,
Unfortunately, this shake will not be okay to make ahead and serve later. It will separate with all the liquid at the bottom and the froth at the top. Maybe you can try Falooda. Here is the link: http://showmethecurry.com/desserts/falooda-indian-drinkdessert.html
Its definitely a make ahead.
