Ingredients:
1 cup Channa dal
1/2 Medium size onion (finely chopped)
1 Green Chilli chopped
Little cilantro chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 Tsp Red chili powder
1/2 Tsp Chat masala (optional)
Oil for deep fry.
Method:
1. Soak the Channa dal an hour or two.
2. Grind to a fine paste.
3. Mix in the Onion, Green chilli, cilantro, chat masala, red chilli powder and salt.
4. Deep fry it until golden brown.
5. It cen be served any time specially before tea.
