Hi,
I have a question. Can we use rose essence in place of rose syrup?
Thanks
Pragya

Hi Pragya,
Rose Syrup does a couple of things. First of all, it is sweetened and next, it provides the beautiful pink color of Falooda. Rose essence is not sweetened and is clear.
